Go Green Challenge

Dec 1, 2014News

While there is snow on the ground, many students and classrooms are thinking about school gardens and outdoor ventures.  Twenty lucky teachers were recently awarded $500 grants, via the GO GREEN CHALLENGE to initiate sustainability projects, to science experiments, field trips, gardens and robotics.  Titles such as Solar Cooker, Aquaponics, Mad Scientist Mondays, Cold Weather-No Problem and Water Conservationists were among the winning entries.  Nineteen schools were awarded grants that have been generously provided by the Robert Bosch Community Fund.

We congratulate the winners and look forward to the reports of their projects.
